How we work
We default to small, durable systems. We prefer fewer moving parts, clear operational responsibility, and the cheapest reasonable architecture for the problem at hand. We measure ourselves on whether the systems we ship are still easy to operate three years later.
Most engagements start with a conversation about the problem you actually have. If we're a fit, we'll say so; if we're not, we'll help you find someone who is.
